ARSENE WENGER is set to drop Olivier Giroud for new boy Lucas Perez.

The Gunners chief splashed out on the Spaniard and Shkodran Mustafi on deadline day to boost his squad.
And the £52million duo are set to be thrown straight in against Southampton today.

Wenger said: "They have adapted very quickly in training, but the real test is the games.
"We will see. They have shown their quality in training."
Wenger also revealed that Aaron Ramsey is the only player who will definitely miss the Southampton game.

Alexis Sanchez could be rested after he made a long trip back from Chile duty in midweek.
Wenger also had a word on Eddie Howe, the Bournemouth boss having been linked with replacing Wenger this week.
He said: “I don’t know who will take my job one day."
